Why Nxtpay
In many businesses, payroll lives in a spreadsheet that one person maintains and nobody else checks. It usually works, until a salary change is missed, a bank account is changed without anyone noticing, or nobody can say who approved last month's payments.
Nxtpay makes the checks part of the routine: what changed is shown first, a second person approves, the approved run is locked, and there is a record of every step.
How we build it
Correctness first.
A wrong number on a payslip is the worst bug we can have. Every payslip's net pay is worked out the same way each time, and every report is reconciled to the kobo.
Honest about what it does.
Today Nxtpay takes PAYE, pension and NHF from your accountant's figures. It does not calculate them.

What's next
Automatic calculation of PAYE, pension and NHF, once a qualified accountant has confirmed its rules against current Nigerian tax law. It will run alongside customers' own figures for at least two months, and every difference will be explained, before it is switched on for anyone.
