From your salary sheet to a paid, locked payroll.

Getting started

What we set up with you

  1. Your organization.

Company details for payslips, your usual pay day, and who can approve.

  2. Your salary structure.

The components you pay, such as basic, housing and transport, matched to your current sheet.

  3. Your team.

We import your salary sheet with you and check every row.

  4. Your bank file.

Set up for your bank's bulk upload format.

  5. Your people.

Owners, finance and HR, each signing in with their own account.

What we need from you

  • Last month's salary sheet.
  • Last month's deductions schedule from your accountant (PAYE, pension and NHF per person).
  • Your bank's bulk upload template.

Your first month runs alongside your current payroll

We run it as a draft next to the way you pay today and compare the two, line by line. Nothing is approved until they match, or until every difference is explained.

Every month

  1. Start the run.

Choose the month. Salaries come from your employee records, including anyone who joined or left.

  2. Enter or import deductions.

PAYE, pension and NHF from your accountant's schedule, typed or imported. Copy last month's where nothing changed.

  3. Add adjustments.

One-off amounts such as a bonus or a correction, each with a reason.

  4. Review.

Check the exceptions first, then the full table. Fix anything that blocks the run.

  5. Send for approval.

    An owner is emailed.

  6. Approve.

A second person checks the totals and types the month to confirm. The run is locked.

  7. Download.

Payslips as PDFs, and the bank file.

  8. Pay.

Upload the file to your bank as you do today, then mark the run as paid, or as not paid, with what the bank said.

Bring last month's salary sheet and deductions schedule. We'll walk through a run with you.
